2. TravelStanding under the shelter, I waited for the bus to arrive. The last of the day. It was going further than I had ever been outside this city. At least, it was going further than I could ever remember going. The sound of gravel crunching beneath tires came as the huge beast rolled into the street. I stood on the curb, waiting for it to reach the stop. Spare change in my pocket, backpack slung over my shoulder and heavy thoughts in my head, I boarded the bus. The odd crowdedness of the vehicle forced one teenager to stand for me and offer me his seat, proving to me that chivalry was not dead, here at least. Thanking him, I sat and dreamt the tr2. Travel
